Q. What are your hours?
A. Our regular hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Friday.
Q. Do you accept my Dental Insurance?
A. We accept all regular indemnity and PPO insurance plans. This means that if you can see any dentist of your choice, you can see us!
Q. Will you file a claim with my insurance company, or is that my responsibility?
A. As a service to our patients, we will handle the filing of your insurance claims. Patients are responsible for their estimated portions at the time of service, unless other financial arrangements have been made previously.
Q. Are you seeing new patients?
A. We always welcome new patients! To set up an appointment call our front desk staff at 512-477-5100 and they will assist you in getting an appointment that is convenient for you.
Q. What is the age range of the patients you see?
A. We are happy to see patients of any age. We are a family practice and offer quality care to all ages.
